• We means: The Law Office - Tudor Cristina Maria Roxana (or "Cristina Tudor Law Office"), legal form of practicing the profession of lawyer established in accordance with the Romanian laws, respectively Law no. 51/1995 for the organization and exercise of the lawyer profession and the Statute of the lawyer profession, with its professional seat in Bucharest, 6th District, 52 Economu Cezărescu Street, Lot 1, Bl. • You/The User means: the natural or legal person who accesses and navigates the Website;

• Website means: the internet pages available at the address https://www.cristinatudor.ro/ together with all its subpages;

• Services means: The services presented on the Website, specific to the profession of lawyer, which will be provided based on a legal assistance contract concluded in accordance with the legal provisions;

• Terms and Conditions means: all the provisions presented below that apply to the relationship between us, when You access or use the Website;

• GDPR policies means: Cookies policy available here;

2. Chapter ll - Applicability of the Terms and Conditions. Binding provisions.

 

These Terms and Conditions, together with the GDPR Policies, apply each time You access and use the Website. We are a legal form of organization of the lawyer profession, authorized to carry out the activities specific to the lawyer profession, in accordance with Law no. 51/1995 for the organization and exercise of the lawyer profession and with the Statute of the lawyer profession. The professional title was obtained in Romania.

 

We are registered in the list of lawyers maintained by the competent authority - the Bucharest Bar, a component bar of the National Union of Bars in Romania.

 

Chapter VI – Final Provisions

 

By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you understand and accept that the law applicable to them is Romanian law, both in terms of substantive and formal conditions.

 

The place of acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is considered to be Bucharest, Romania.

 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as we consider necessary. As such, after making these changes, if you do not agree with the new provisions, please stop accessing and using the Website.

 

If a clause in these Terms and Conditions cannot be applied, for any reason, that clause will be replaced by the legal provision relevant to the situation for which the clause was intended and which comes closest to the meaning of the unenforceable clause.

 

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree that any disputes arising between us shall be resolved by the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
